Arisim paruppu Sadam - Pappu mammu



Ingredients:
patta - 4 pieces
cinnamon - 4 pieces
cardomom - 2 pieces
garlic - 5 cloves
onion(pearl)- 5 v.thinly sliced
thuvar dal -1/4 cup
Basmasti/ Biryani rice - 1 cup

Method :
Soak rice in water for 10 min.
Heat ghee in a kadai , add the patta, cinnamon, cardomom,garlic and onion fry till onion becomes very translucent .
now put everything in a pressure cooker and cook it .
add ghee and salt after it is done .
It goes well with pudina chutney or puli kulambu .
